Welcome to Permanently Natural by Karen Beare. By accessing this website and/or booking a treatment, you agree to be bound by the following Terms and Conditions. Please read them carefully.
1. General Website Use
This website is owned and operated by Permanently Natural. All content (including logos, text, imagery, designs) is protected by copyright and may not be copied or reproduced without written permission.
We reserve the right to change these terms at any time. Continued use of this website indicates acceptance of any updates.
2. Treatment Bookings & Deposits
• A non-refundable deposit is required to secure your appointment. This amount will be deducted from the remaining treatment balance.
• If you need to reschedule, you must provide at least seven full days’ notice before your scheduled appointment time. Where at least seven full days’ notice is provided, your deposit may be transferred to a new appointment on one occasion only. Deposits cannot be transferred more than once. If you need to reschedule the rearranged appointment, a new deposit will be required to secure another date. The original deposit will then be dealt with in accordance with the cancellation terms below. If fewer than seven full days’ notice is provided, your deposit will not be transferred, and a new deposit will be required before another appointment can be booked.
• Cancelling your appointment: You must provide at least seven full days’ notice. If you cancel your appointment, your deposit will normally be retained to cover the time reserved and any losses directly resulting from the cancellation. If the cancelled appointment is successfully filled by another paying client, your deposit will be refunded, less any reasonable cost already incurred specifically in connection with your booking. Refunds cannot be guaranteed as filling a cancelled appointment will depend on availability and whether another client is able to attend at the relevant date and time.
• Late cancellations: Appointments cancelled with fewer than seven full days’ notice are considered late cancellations. The deposit will normally be retained due to the limited opportunity to offer the appointment to another client.
• No-shows: Clients who fail to attend without notice will lose their deposit. A new deposit will be required to rebook, and clients who repeatedly fail to attend may be required to pay in full treatment cost in advance.
• By booking, you confirm you are over 18 and understand the treatment process and risks involved.
3. Permanent Makeup Disclaimer
Every PMU result is unique and will vary depending on skin type, skin health, aftercare, lifestyle, age, and medications. While I will always work to achieve the best possible outcome, no specific result can be guaranteed.
You understand and agree:
• That PMU is not a one-size-fits-all treatment
• That pigment may fade, blur or change over time
• That results will vary from person to person
• That top-ups may be required to maintain the look
4. Eyebrows Are Sisters, Not Twins
Brows are naturally asymmetrical, and while I aim for the best symmetry possible, perfect symmetry is unrealistic and not guaranteed. This is a standard industry understanding and should be accepted before proceeding.
5. Client Responsibility & Consent
• You are responsible for conducting your own thorough research into permanent makeup before booking.
• You confirm that you are in good health and have disclosed any medical conditions or medications that could affect your treatment.
• You understand that you are proceeding with treatment at your own risk and discretion, and that results are not guaranteed.
• You agree not to hold Permanently Natural or its practitioners liable for outcomes that vary due to your own skin, aftercare, or lifestyle factors.
6. Privacy & Data Protection
By submitting your details through this website, contact form, Facebook, or booking system, you agree to your data being used for the purpose of managing your appointments and communicating with you.
Your data will be handled in accordance with the UK GDPR and Data Protection Act 2018. For more information, please refer to our Privacy Policy and Cookies Policy.
7. Limitation of Liability
While every effort is made to ensure your comfort, safety, and satisfaction:
• We do not accept liability for any indirect, incidental or consequential loss arising from treatment outcomes.
• We do not guarantee permanent results and are not liable for pigment loss, shape dissatisfaction, or unexpected healing results.
• Allergic reactions are rare, but not impossible. Patch tests are offered and recommended.

9. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the English courts.
