Hello, and welcome to
Permanently Natural Permanent Make-up
My name is Karen. I'm a fully licensed and insured permanent make-up artist based in West Northamptonshire.
I have always played it safe by staying in administration roles since leaving school, but I always had a passion for make-up, with a desire to get into the beauty industry, even at the age of 49, I thought, it's now or never... so I decided to take myself out of my comfort zone and take the plunge into the world of Permanent Make-up.
After lots of research, I had the privilege of being accepted by the multi-award winning trainer/ mentor, Katy Jobbins (the nation's most celebrated permanent make-up artist and trainer) for 1 to 1 training. It's been an extremely exciting and nerve-racking journey so far, but I have loved every minute of it.
I strive to deliver the highest standard of permanent make-up to ladies of all ages, in a private, warm, relaxing, beautifully located clinic, working with you to achieve your desired look.
I can't wait to meet all my lovely new clients and to give you all life-changing results. I want to help you feel amazing about yourself by naturally enhancing your features, and keeping your look unique and beautiful.
Enjoy looking around my new website, and feel free to message me with any questions.

My Training

I had the privilege of being accepted by the multi award-winning best trainer/mentor Katy Jobbins (The nation’s most celebrated permanent make-up artist and trainer).
I trained 1-1 with Katy at The Permanent Make-Up Training Academy. A key part of the training program was to complete a significant amount of theory and assessment work ahead of the practical training.
Being Katy’s only student I had her undivided attention and was able to benefit from her experience of performing permanent make-up treatments over a 14-year period on over 10,000 clients. It was inspiring watching her with clients during every process and was reassuring to have her beside me while I performed my first few treatments for live model training.
I qualified and now am able perform permanent make-up treatments to the same high standard while making my clients feel relaxed and assured that they have chosen the right artist.
Below is an overview of the in-depth training and knowledge that I gained, needed to perform permanent make-up treatments to a very high level.

Carefully chosen tools and pigments of the highest quality
What tools do I use?
Professionally Engineered Machinery
The Spektra Xion Permanent Make-up machine has been meticulously handcrafted, developed and put together by masters of their craft in the US and has been personally tuned to my hand speed and hand pressure. This machine can be used to add soft or solid shading to your brows or it can be used to create a medium or thick eyeliner to upper or lower eyelids. I use a variety of needles with this machine, all are made from surgical steel, sterilised and individually wrapped.

Hypoallergenic, Vegan Pigments
I only use Permablend and Tina Davies pigments which are all hypoallergenic, vegan and cruelty free. They have the highest level of lightfastness which means the colours that make up the pigments fade at the same rate meaning your permanent make-up won't fade to a strange colour.
They also have the longest lasting colour retention in the permanent make-up industry which means you will only need a small colour boost appointment every 1-2 years to keep you and your make-up looking your best.
High Quality Microblades
I use Tina Davies surgical 316 grade stainless steel microblades, which have been triple-checked for quality, then individually wrapped and EO gas sterilised. They are used to create precise, hair-like strokes, giving you natural looking, fuller brows.
